It all starts with a dream, a personal one. It is not about copying what someone else is doing because those things worked for them, but doing something that YOU are passionate about doing.
What happens when you don't have your own dream? You let it go. Envision it, imagine it, and at this point, outline the goals you need to accomplish to achieve it.

Adriana Gallardo
Adriana Gallardo was born in Mexico and immigrated to the United States 22 years ago with a determination to succeed in the land of opportunity. At the suggestion her mother, affectionately known as Doña Rosy, Adriana created her first business – an insurance agency. Doña Rosy saw great potential in her daughter, constantly supporting and encouraging her to venture into the business world.
Adriana, with the help of Doña Rosy, opened her first location in a small office space in the city of Pomona, CA. Together they faced many challenges, but no obstacle was strong enough to persuade them to give up on their dream. Their determination and desire to succeed in the United States proved to be much stronger than any obstacle. Despite her youth, Adriana earned the trust and confidence of both business owners and individual customers.
The professionalism and dedication of both mother and daughter did not go unnoticed, especially in a time when the community doubted that a Latino could start a successful business. However, Adriana never lost faith in her community. Over time, she gradually built up her client base, showing what an honest and trustworthy business should be by providing quality insurance services

Richard Martinez
Richard Martinez is a recognized leader in coaching and an expert entrepreneur. Martinez earned his Honorary Doctorate at Universidad Internacional en Desarrollo Humano y Liderzgo, Mexico City, for his life accomplishments and contributions to society.
He is an expert in personal and professional development. This experience has led Martinez to work alongside experts such as Dr. Andrew Weil; Director of the Center for Integrative Medicine Arizona, Dr. Deepak Chopra; a leader in the field of "mind-body" medicine, Dr. David Katz; director of the Prevention Research Center at Yale University, and Dr. Walter Willett; President Nutrition at Harvard University; and many more.
